Everdrone has announced it will expand its life-saving drone delivery service after receiving special permission from the Swedish Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The extra operating service will give 200,000 people access to emergency medical drone deliveries.

Everdrone has just announced it has been awarded a patent that will allow its life-saving drone to fly in complex airspace using an array of sensors. The European Patent Office (EPO) office granted Everdrone the patent which uses vision technology to avoid obstacles such as buildings or trees when flying low to the ground.

Everdrone has announced it has expanded its life-saving drone delivery service into Denmark after an agreement with the Copenhagen Emergency Medical Services. The service is expected to go live in the spring of 2021 and is expected to reach more than 100,000 people.

Everdrone has announced today that it will begin to use autonomous drones in Sweden to deliver automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to the scenes of cardiac arrests. The drones will serve over 80,000 residents in the city of Gothenburg. They can be in the air within minutes and have a flight radius of 6 km (about 3.7 miles).
Swedish company Everdrone has completed the first autonomous drone delivery between two hospitals in Gothenburg, Sweden. The delivery drone transported a medical payload a distance of 4.4 km using onboard sensors and limited GPS.
