Yemen’s Houthi forces have once again announced that they have hit neighboring Saudi Arabian airports with attack drones as the group continues to face off against the Saudi-led military. The news comes directly from the group’s spokesperson Yahya Sarea.

As the conflict continues over Yemen, a Houthi attack drone punched a hole in the side of a parked Saudi airliner at the beginning of the month. Luckily the plane was still parked with no one inside, resulting in zero injuries in what seems to be an intimidation attack.

The Saudi-led military coalition has shared that it recently tracked and destroyed four armed drones owned by the Iran-backed Houthi movement. The announcement was made on Sunday, saying the drones were intercepted over southern Saudi Arabia.

It appears that Iran has flown a surveillance drone above a US aircraft carrier, the USS Nimitz, according to the Tasnim News Agency, which is known to be have ties to the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Navy.
