DJI lowers prices on Spark and Mavic Pro drones during Amazon Prime Day on July 16th

Lower prices on DJI’s drones will help enthusiasts into the air according to the Chinese drone maker. The world’s largest drone manufacturer will offer discounts up to $300 for drones like the Spark and Mavic Pro as part of the Amazon Prime day promotion, that will start on July 16 at 12 pm EDT and will run for 36 hours. People looking to pick up one of these discounted drones will be able to do so at the official DJI store on Amazon and the regular DJI online store for Canadian and US customers.

Discounted and refurbished drones

2018 marks the first year at DJI will be participating in the Amazon Prime Day promotion. The company is offering a $300 discount on the Mavic Pro Fly More Combo ($999 after discount). If you’re only interested in the drone itself and not the combo, you can get a $200 discount on the Mavic Pro ($799 after discount). For those of you who are just starting out flying drones, you $50 discount on the Spark Fly More Combo ($499 after discount) might be the ideal offering. (Note: this paragraph has been updated to accurately reflect the price after the discount.)

Unfortunately, there will be no discount for the Phantom 4 Advanced during the Amazon Prime Day promotion, but you will receive an additional Intelligent Flight Battery and a wrap pack. The Ryze Tello mini-drone will also be offered with an extra battery but no discount.

The refurbished DJI drones will be offered at discounted prices both on Amazon and DJI’s online store, starting July 17 9 pm PT/July 18 12 am EDT and will run for 24 hours through July 18th with savings of up to $200.
